Penalty for violations.

316.100. Any person who shall give any public amusement,entertainment or exhibition in any building not constructed andarranged as required in this chapter, or who shall violate orpermit the violation of any of its requirements shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor. In addition thereto the prosecutingattorney of any county or the circuit attorney of the city of St.Louis shall have the right to apply for injunctive relief toenjoin, restrain, and prohibit the operation of any building ofassembly of persons for theatrical performances and for buildingsof public amusement and entertainment not complying with theprovisions of sections 316.060 to 316.100.
