Penalty.

316.218. 1. Any person who knowingly operates, causes to be operatedor directs someone to operate an amusement ride in violation of sections316.203 to 316.233 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.

2. Any person who knowingly makes a false statement, representation,or certification in an application, record, report, or other document filedor required to be maintained under sections 316.200 to 316.237 shall beguilty of a misdemeanor punishable under section 575.060, RSMo.
