316.227. Sections 316.203 to 316.233 shall not be construed to alterthe duty of care or the liability of an owner of an amusement ride forinjuries or death to any person or damage to any property arising out of anaccident involving an amusement ride. Sections 316.203 to 316.233 shallnot be construed to alter the duty of care of a passenger of an amusementride or parent or guardian of such passenger for injuries or death to anyperson or damage to any property arising out of an accident involving anamusement ride. The state and its officers and employees shall not beconstrued to assume liability arising out of an accident involving anamusement ride by reason of administration of sections 316.203 to 316.233.
