318.050. The county commissions shall charge the collectorswith all blank licenses delivered to them, and at every regularterm shall settle with the collectors for all such licensesdelivered to them, and credit them with all the blank licenseswhich they may return, and at the same time the collectors shallpay the clerk respectively fifty cents for every such blanklicense not returned.
