Jurisdiction of proceedings--judge owning property not disqualified.

321.080. The circuit court in and for the county in whichthe petition for the organization of a district has been filedshall thereafter for all purposes of this chapter, except asotherwise provided, maintain and have original and exclusivejurisdiction over all matters connected with or affected by saiddistrict. No judge of the circuit court wherein such petition isfiled shall be disqualified to perform any duty imposed by thischapter by reason of ownership of property within the proposeddistrict.
