Final order establishing district deemed conclusive--quowarranto--collateral attack.

321.140. If a final order be entered establishing thedistrict, such order shall be deemed final and conclusive, and noappeal or writ of error shall lie therefrom, and the entry ofsuch order shall finally and conclusively establish the regularorganization of said district against all persons except thestate of Missouri, in an action in the nature of a writ of quowarranto, commenced by the attorney general within thirty daysafter said decree declaring such district finally organized asherein provided and not otherwise. The organization of suchdistrict shall not be directly or collaterally questioned in anysuit, action or proceeding except as herein expressly authorized.
