Suspension order may be appealed to circuit court.

323.090. Any person who is aggrieved by a suspension order of thecommission may appeal from the suspension order within ten days after themailing of the notice of suspension. The appeal shall be to the circuitcourt of the county in which such person resides or has his principal placeof business. The circuit court shall review the record, permit thepresentation of any additional evidence as the parties thereto may desire,determine whether the evidence supports the order of suspension and enter ajudgment sustaining or overruling the suspension order.
