Limited permit issued, when.

324.077. The board may issue a limited permit, upon the payment ofapplicable fees and completion of the required application, to a person whosufficiently provides proof of eligibility to set for the first availableexamination upon completion of all other necessary requirements forcertification by the certifying entity. The limited permit shall allow theperson to practice occupational therapy under the supervision of a personcurrently licensed pursuant to sections 324.050 to 324.089. A limitedpermit shall only be effective up to but not to exceed the time the resultsof the second available examination are received by the board unless theperson successfully passes the examination in which instance the limitedpermit shall remain valid for an additional sixty days.
