Board duties--request for assistance, registry of licensedperfusionists--violations, penalty.

324.174. For the purposes of sections 324.125 to 324.183, the board:

(1) Shall request and receive necessary assistance from stateeducational institutions or other state agencies;

(2) Shall prepare a registry of licensed clinical perfusionists andprovisional licensed clinical perfusionists and make this informationavailable to the general public, license holders and appropriate stateagencies;

(3) May request the attorney general or an appropriate prosecutingattorney to institute a suit to enjoin a violation of sections 324.125 to324.183 in addition to any other action, proceeding or remedy authorized bylaw.
