Unlawful use of title of registered interior designer.

324.427. It is unlawful for any person to advertise or indicate tothe public that the person is a registered interior designer in this state,unless such person is registered as a registered interior designer by thecouncil and is in good standing pursuant to sections 324.400 to 324.439.
