324.493. Any acupuncturist who fails to renew such acupuncturist'slicense on or before the date of its expiration may restore such license asfollows:
(1) If the application for renewal is submitted to the committee notmore than two years after the expiration of the applicant's last license,by payment of the appropriate fee and by providing all documentationrequired by the committee by rule; or
(2) If the application for renewal is submitted to the committee morethan two years after the expiration of the applicant's last license, bypayment of the appropriate fee, and by reapplying as provided insubdivisions (1) and (2) of subsection 2 of section 324.487.
