Falsification of fingerprints, photographs, or information, penalty.

324.635. Any person who knowingly falsifies the fingerprints orphotographs or other information requested to be submitted pursuant tosections 324.600 to 324.635 is guilty of a class D felony. Any person whoviolates any other provisions of sections 324.600 to 324.635 is guilty of aclass A misdemeanor.
