Application fee--annual renewal fee, failure to pay, licenseterminates--supplemental application.

325.025. 1. Each applicant shall pay an initialapplication fee of one hundred dollars for each individual whowill act as a public adjuster or public adjuster solicitor.Each license issued shall be renewed annually on the anniversarydate of issuance and continue in effect until refused, revokedor suspended by the director in accordance with section 325.035;except that if the annual renewal fee for the license is notpaid on or before the anniversary date the license terminates.

2. The annual renewal fee for a public adjuster's or publicadjuster solicitor's license if fifty dollars for each license.

3. Supplemental applications may be made for othersbecoming associated with or employed by a licensee upon thepayment of the proper additional fee or fees and the filing of acompleted application.
