License issued, when--titles--license refused, when.

325.030. 1. The director shall issue the proper licensewhen the requirements of sections 325.010 to 325.055 have beenmet, and a person receiving the license shall thereafter be knownand styled a "licensed public adjuster", or "licensed publicadjuster solicitor", as the case may be.

2. The director shall require an applicant to submit to awritten examination to determine his qualifications to engage inthe adjustment business.

3. Notwithstanding subsection 1, the director shall notissue a license to any person who has been convicted of a felonyor other crime involving fraudulent or dishonest practices; andshall have the power to revoke, suspend or refuse a license ashereinafter provided.
