Board may license architect, professional engineer, land surveyor orlandscape architect without examination, when.

327.381. The board shall issue a license to any architect,professional engineer, professional land surveyor or landscape architectwho has been licensed in another state, territory or possession of theUnited States, or in another country, provided that the board is satisfiedby proof adduced by such applicant that the applicant's qualifications meetor exceed the requirements for initial licensure in Missouri at the time ofthe applicant's initial license, and provided further that the board mayestablish by rule the conditions under which it shall require any suchapplicant to take any examination it considers necessary, and providedfurther that the board is satisfied by proof adduced by such applicant thatthe applicant is of good moral character, and provided further that anysuch application is accompanied by the required fee which shall be equal tothe examination fee.
