328.070. The board shall hold public examinations at least four timesin each year, at such times and places as it may deem advisable, notice ofsuch examinations to be published at least ten days prior to the date ofthe examination. The board shall publish its notice of the examinationdate, place, and time in any manner that it deems appropriate. In lieu ofholding its own examinations for barber applicants, the board may contractwith an outside entity qualified to examine applicants for licensure.
