329.250. Any person who shall act in any capacity other than bydemonstration to or before licensed cosmetologists, or maintain anybusiness wherein a license is required pursuant to this chapter, withouthaving such license, or any person who violates any provision of thischapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
