330.100. There is hereby created and established a "State Board ofPodiatric Medicine" for the purpose of licensing all practitioners ofpodiatric medicine in this state, which board shall have such other powersand duties as are provided by this chapter. The board shall meet annuallyand at such other times and places as a majority of the board shalldesignate.
