Death or incapacity, continuation of dental practice, when.

332.073. The surviving spouse or personal representative of adeceased dentist or the spouse or person legally authorized to act for anincapacitated licensed dentist, for a period of twenty-four monthsfollowing the death or incapacitation of such dentist, may perform the actsset forth in subdivision (10) of section 332.071, provided that he or sheshall employ or contract with persons licensed in Missouri to practicedentistry or dental hygiene as defined in this chapter.
