332.323. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,any health care provider licensed pursuant to this chapter who provides anyservice for which the health care provider is licensed may provide suchservice free of charge. Such health care provider shall not be subject toan action for civil damages for discrimination based on the provision ofsuch free dental services.
