333.071. The business or profession of an individuallicensed to practice embalming or funeral directing shall beconducted and engaged in at a funeral establishment. Thissection does not prevent a licensed funeral director owning oremployed by a licensed funeral establishment from conducting anindividual funeral from another and different funeralestablishment or at a church, a residence, public hall, or lodgeroom.
