Reinstatement of license, when--inactive status, board may providefor.

335.061. 1. Any licensee who allows his or her license to be placedon inactive status as provided in sections 335.011 to 335.096 shall bereinstated as provided by sections 335.011 to 335.096 and by rule andregulation. The board may by rule and regulation provide for an inactivelicense status. In the event the board shall refuse to renew the licensepursuant to one of the provisions of this section and related requirementsfor relicensure, the individual may appeal to the administrative hearingcommission pursuant to the provisions of section 621.120, RSMo.

2. Any licensee who allows his or her license to lapse by failing torenew the license as provided in sections 335.011 to 335.096 shall bereinstated as provided by this chapter and by rule and regulation. Theboard may by rule and regulation provide for a lapsed license status. Inthe event the board shall refuse to renew the license pursuant to one ofthe provisions of this section and related requirements for relicensure,the individual may appeal to the administrative hearing commission pursuantto the provisions of sections 621.120, RSMo.
