Compact administration and interchange of information.

335.335. 1. The head of the nurse licensing board, or his/her designee,of each party state shall be the administrator of this compact for his/herstate.

2. The compact administrator of each party shall furnish to the compactadministrator of each other party state any information and documentsincluding, but not limited to, a uniform data set of investigations,identifying information, licensure data, and disclosable alternative programparticipation information to facilitate the administration of this compact.

3. Compact administrators shall have the authority to develop uniformrules to facilitate and coordinate implementation of this compact. Theseuniform rules shall be adopted by party states, under the authority investedunder subsection 4 of section 335.325.
