Sale of drugs, out-of-state distributor, license required.

338.340. No person acting as principal or agent for anyout-of-state wholesale drug distributor or out-of-state pharmacydistributor shall sell or distribute drugs in this state unlessthe wholesale drug distributor or pharmacy distributor hasobtained a license pursuant to the provisions of sections 338.330to 338.370.
