339.050. Applications for licenses shall be in writing, onblanks furnished by the commission, accompanied by suchinformation and recommendations as it may require. Eachapplication shall contain a statement that it is made under oathor affirmation and that its representations are true and correctto the best knowledge and belief of the person signing same,subject to the penalties of making a false affidavit ordeclaration.
