Broker disclosure form for residential real estate transaction,provided by licensee, prior agreement, effect.

339.770. 1. In a residential real estate transaction, at theearliest practicable opportunity during or following the first substantialcontact by the designated broker or the affiliated licensees with a seller,landlord, buyer, or tenant who has not entered into a written agreement forservices as described in subdivision (5) of section 339.710, the licenseeshall provide that person with a written copy of the current brokerdisclosure form which has been prescribed by the commission.

2. When a seller, landlord, buyer, or tenant has already entered intoa written agreement for services with a designated broker, no otherlicensee shall be required to make the disclosures required by thissection.

3. Disclosures made in accordance with sections 339.710 to 339.860shall be sufficient as a matter of law to disclose brokerage relationshipsto the public.
