340.206. 1. The board shall:
(1) From its members elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson whoshall serve a term of one year, such term to expire as of the end of thefirst board meeting of each calendar year;
(2) Have at least one business meeting per year.
2. The chairperson or vice chairperson shall have the authority tocall special meetings of the board when such is deemed necessary andprovided that sufficient notice is given to the other board members and tothe general public pursuant to chapter 610, RSMo.
3. The board may hold special meetings by telephone conference; asprovided by chapter 610, RSMo.
4. All board meetings shall be open to the general public exceptwhere such meetings, or portions thereof, are required or otherwiseauthorized to be closed to the public pursuant to chapter 610, RSMo.
