340.250. The rights granted by the board to a holder of a temporaryor provisional license under sections 340.246 and 340.248 are exclusive. Atemporary or provisional license issued under sections 340.246 and 340.248may be revoked by a majority vote of the board without a hearing. Theboard's exclusive authority shall be clearly stated on the temporary orprovisional license and the application and is a condition for the issuanceof a temporary or provisional license.
