340.268. Before restoring to good standing a license,certificate, registration or permit issued under sections 340.200to 340.330, which has been revoked, suspended, surrendered or isin an inactive state for any cause for more than two years, theboard may require the applicant to attend such continuingeducation courses and pass such examinations as the board maydirect.
