340.270. In any investigation, hearing or other proceedingto determine a licensee's or applicant's fitness to practice, orin any investigation of a complaint before the board, any recordrelating to any patient of the licensee or applicant isdiscoverable by the board and admissible as evidencenotwithstanding any privilege to the contrary which suchlicensee, applicant, or record custodian might otherwise invoke.
