Relicensing and reinstatement--conditions.

340.278. 1. Upon written application to the board showingcause justifying relicensing and reinstatement, any person whoselicense has been revoked or suspended by the board may berelicensed or reinstated at any time without examination by amajority vote of the full board.

2. Nothing in subsection 1 of this section shall beconstrued as requiring the board to reinstate a license due to ashowing of justification. Such relicensing or reinstatement iswithin the sole discretion of the board.

3. The board may condition such reinstatement orrelicensing as it deems appropriate under the circumstances,including, but not limited to, restricting or limiting theperson's practice or placing the person on probation under termsand conditions set by the board.
