Severability.

340.292. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section orpart of sections 340.200 to 340.330 or the application thereof toany person or circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged byany court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional orinvalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate theremainder thereof, and the application thereof to other personsor circumstances, but shall be confined in its operation to theclause, sentence or paragraph, section or part thereof involvedin the controversy, in which such judgment shall have beenrendered and to the person or circumstances involved, except asprovided in section 340.210.
