Technician, admittance to examination--failure to qualify, notice.

340.304. 1. If the board determines that the applicant possesses theproper qualifications, it shall admit the applicant to the next scheduledexamination.

2. If the board determines that an applicant is not qualified to sitfor the examination, the executive director shall notify the applicant inwriting. The notification shall include specific findings of the board asto the applicant's failure to qualify, inform the applicant that he or shemay request a hearing before the board on the question of the applicant'squalifications and inform the applicant of his or her right, pursuant tosection 621.120, RSMo, to file a complaint with the administrative hearingcommission.

3. No person shall be refused registration as a veterinary technicianin the state of Missouri because of race, creed, sex, color or nationalorigin.
