340.396. 1. Sections 340.381 to 340.396 shall not be construed torequire the department to enter into contracts with individuals who qualifyfor education loans or loan repayment programs when federal, state, andlocal funds are not available for such purposes.
2. Sections 340.381 to 340.396 shall not be subject to the provisionsof sections 23.250 to 23.298, RSMo.
3. Sections 340.381 to 340.396 shall expire on June 30, 2013.
