343.100. No person shall be permitted to sell goods orproperty* of any kind at auction unless he shall have resided inthis state six months next preceding the time of makingapplication for license. Except that any nonresident individualmay be granted a license to engage in auctioneering in this stateupon application and payment of the appropriate fees set out inthis chapter.
