Violations of law, penalties.

346.250. 1. Any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, trust, orassociation, and any officer, director, partner, trustee, agent, or employeethereof who violates the provisions of section 346.110 is guilty of a class Bmisdemeanor. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense and prosecutedindividually.

2. In addition to other remedies, an action of injunction may be broughtand maintained by the state of Missouri to enjoin any violation of section346.110.
