Meetings, quorum--actions by resolution, requirements.

348.050. Meetings shall be held at the call of the chairmanor whenever two commissioners so request. Four commissioners ofthe authority shall constitute a quorum, and any action taken bythe authority under the provisions of sections 348.005 to 348.180may be authorized by resolution approved by a majority, but notless than four, of the commissioners present at any regular orspecial meeting. No vacancy in the membership of the authorityshall impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights andperform all the duties of the authority.
