348.085. The authority shall have the power, as necessary orconvenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes andprovisions of sections 348.005 to 348.180, to enter intoagreements or other transactions with, and accept grants and thecooperation of, the United States or any agency orinstrumentality thereof or of this state or any agency orinstrumentality thereof, in furtherance of the purposes ofsections 348.005 to 348.180, and to do any and all thingsnecessary in order to avail itself of such aid and cooperation.
