Redemption of notes and bonds--powers--price.

348.140. The authority, subject to such agreement withnoteholders or bondholders as may then exist, shall have thepower, out of any funds available therefor, to purchase notes orbonds of the authority, which shall thereupon be canceled, at aprice not exceeding:

(1) If the notes or bonds are then redeemable, theredemption price then applicable plus accrued interest to thenext interest payment thereon; or

(2) If the notes or bonds are not then redeemable, theredemption price applicable on the first date after such purchaseupon which the notes or bonds become subject to redemption plusaccrued interest to such date.
