348.185. In recognition of the role of agriculture in theeconomic well-being of this state and in recognition thatopportunities to succeed in agriculture should not be limited bythe economic means of persons engaged in agriculture, the generalassembly of the state of Missouri declares that state assistancein the guarantee of loans made to enable independent family-farmproducers to enter and succeed in the development and operationof single-purpose animal facilities will benefit the state ofMissouri economically and socially and is a public purpose ofgreat importance.
