348.515. In recognition of the role of animal agriculture in theeconomic well-being of this state and in recognition that opportunities tosucceed in agriculture should not be limited by the economic means ofpersons engaged in agriculture, the general assembly of the state ofMissouri declares that state assistance in the guarantee of loans made toenable independent livestock and poultry family farm operations to succeedin the operation will benefit the state of Missouri economically andsocially and is a public purpose of great importance.
