General and business corporation law applicable--exceptions.

349.052. The general and business corporation law ofMissouri, chapter 351, RSMo, shall be applicable to industrialdevelopment corporations organized pursuant to this chapterexcept that any provision of this chapter shall take precedenceover any provision of chapter 351, RSMo, which conflicts with it.
