352.120. The dues of members of corporations created underthis chapter, as determined by their charters or bylaws, and anydonations or subscriptions to which they may voluntarily obligatethemselves, may be collected as any other debt; but over andabove such dues or such subscriptions in no case shall any memberbe individually liable.
