Whenever the court shall grant such judgment ofdissolution, the clerk thereof shall send a certified copy of theorder of the court to the secretary of state, the expense ofwhich shall be taxed as costs in the case, and said copy shall befiled with the articles of agreement and certificates attached ofthe association.
