Examinations, false testimony, penalty.

354.200. 1. Any person testifying falsely in reference to any mattermaterial to the investigation, examination or inquiry shall, upon convictionthereof, be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor, punishable as provided bylaw.

2. Any person who shall refuse to give such director full and truthfulinformation, and answer in writing to any inquiry or question made in writingby the director, in regard to the business * relating to any corporationsubject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 carried on by suchperson, or to appear and testify under oath before the director in regard tothe same, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a class Bmisdemeanor, punishable as provided by law.

3. Any director, officer, manager, enrollment representative, oremployee of any corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to354.380, or any other person, who shall make any false certificate or entry ormemorandum upon any of the books or papers of any such corporation, or uponany statement or exhibit offered, filed or offered to be filed in thedepartment of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration,or used in the course of any examination, inquiry or investigation, withintent to deceive the director or any person employed or appointed by him tomake any examination, inquiry or investigation, shall, upon convictionthereof, be guilty of a class A misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law.
