Examiner's sick leave to apply to health services corporations.

354.215. The provisions of sections 374.261 to 374.269, RSMo, whichrelate to the insurance examiner's sick leave fund, shall apply to healthservices corporations certified to operate in this state in the same manner asthese sections now apply to those domestic insurers which pay a premium taxand are engaged in the business of insurance within this state. Theprovisions of sections 374.261 to 374.269, RSMo, shall also apply to examinersof the department of insurance, financial institutions and professionalregistration conducting examinations under section 354.190 in the same manneras these sections now apply to examiners of the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration conducting examinationsunder section 374.190, RSMo.
