354.220. 1. The director may bring suit to recover any feesor other sums which he is authorized by law to demand or collect.
2. Any corporation subject to the provisions of sections354.010 to 354.380 or person liable for any fees or assessmentswho shall neglect or refuse to pay the same within ten days afterwritten demand by the director shall be liable to pay double theamount of such fees or assessments; and any judgment recovered insuch case shall be for double such amount and costs.
