354.450. With the exception of investments made inaccordance with subdivisions (1) and (2) of subsection 1 ofsection 354.415 and subsection 2 of section 354.415, theinvestable funds of a health maintenance organization shall beinvested only in securities or other investments permitted by thelaws of this state for the investment of assets constituting thelegal reserves of life insurance companies, or such othersecurities or investments as the director may permit.
