Health provision collective bargaining agreements orcontracts--charge for coverage, how determined.

354.525. No employer in this state shall be required to paymore for health benefits as a result of the application of thissection than would otherwise be required by any prevailingcollective bargaining agreement, or other contract, for theprovision of health benefits to its employees; provided, that theemployer or benefits fund shall pay to the health maintenanceorganization chosen by each employee or member an amount equal tothe lesser of (a) the amount paid on behalf of its otheremployees or members for health benefits; or (b) the healthmaintenance organization's charge for coverage approved by thedirector pursuant to section 354.435.
