354.627. 1. The executing of a contract by a health carrier shall notrelieve the health carrier of its liability to any person with whom it hascontracted for the provision of services, or of its responsibility forcompliance with the law or applicable regulations.
2. All contracts shall be in writing and may be subject to review by thedepartment of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration.
3. All contracts shall comply with applicable requirements of the lawand applicable regulations.
